Thread Break Detecting Error (Including No Detecting and Detecting Error)

Thread tension too loose or too tight

Adjust the tension

The Take-up Spring has a poor contact with the Detecting Contact Point

Adjust the position of them and clean the Detecting Contact Point

Thread take-up springs and copper poles don't contact well; Loose thread take-up springs cause no detecting, tight thread take-up springs cause detecting errors or
thread breakage

Adjust the position of the springs: rotate the spring counterclockwise so that it does not contact the copper pole, then rotate it back (clockwise) till it meets the copper pole, and then rotate it 15 degree further (clockwise)

Color Change Error (Including Change Error and No Change)

Machine didn't stop at 100 degree 

Adjust to 100 degree

There is no Needle Position Signal

Adjust to the right position with the two indicators light

Position of Color Change Cam changed

Diminish the clearance along the shaft, tighten the screws

Position of Thread Take-up Lever changed

Check if the Take-up Level Drive Gear is loose or worn. Adjust its position

Position of Needle Bar Case changed

Check if the needle points to the Needle Plate Hole

Position of Needle Bar Reciprocator changed

Check the position of the Needle Bar Reciprocator and the Needle Bar

Needle Break

Phase position of Lower Shaft is not right, the needle sticks to Rotary Hook or Bobbin Case

Check if the Rotary Hook is loose when the phase is 196 degree

Position of the Cam changed

Check and adjust the position of the Cam

Needle quality poor

Replace for better quality needle

Movable knife does not get back to position

Check trim component, reposition moveable knife

Start the machine when pulling the thread

Change this habit

Jump Stitches (Lose Stitches)

Needle quality poor

Replace for better quality needle

Needle size is not suitable for the thread
